Equho Lifetime Warranty
Every Equho sling and support product is built to hold up to daily use. If something fails because of how it was made — not how it was used — we'll fix it for the lifetime of the product.
What's covered
The structural components of your Equho product — stitching, straps/webbing, the handle, and buckles/hardware — against defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use, for as long as you own it.
What's not covered
- Normal wear over time (fading, minor fraying, surface scuffing)
- Damage from chewing, biting, or misuse
- Damage from use beyond the product's weight rating or intended purpose
- Products purchased from anyone other than equho.com or an authorized Equho seller
How a claim works
- Email hey@equho.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo showing the defect.
- We review every claim personally — usually within 1-2 business days.
- Approved claims get a free replacement of the affected part or product, shipped at our cost. This warranty covers replacement, not a refund.
- If your exact size or color isn't available, we'll offer the closest match or store credit.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Sizing & Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? We'll exchange it for the right one — no defect required, no questions asked about why.
- Email hey@equho.com with your order number and the size you need.
- Pay a flat $9 exchange-shipping fee (covers us getting the new size to you).
- Keep, gift, or donate the original — no need to send it back.
- One exchange per order.
This replaces Equho's former 60-day money-back guarantee; there is no cash refund for a sizing change, only an exchange.
